Our inspiring beginnings

What later became TheWordChurch began as a humble bible study in May 2004. A faithful group of Christians met on Tuesdays to study the word of God. This intimate gathering soon moved to Wednesday nights, fostering a deep sense of community and shared purpose. By the fall of 2004, Pastor Guillory revealed a divine vision to establish Kingdom Builders Christian Center of Faith (KBCCF). On January 2, 2005, KBCCF held its first service at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, with 11 people joining the following Sunday. We faithfully attended services in the conference room of Pannell Industries until God blessed us with a new church home at 4617 S. Buckner Blvd, suite G, where our membership grew to 34 people. Services began there on November 6, 2005. In the fall of 2009, God allowed us to move to our current location at 8020 Forney Road, continuing our journey of spreading the true word of God.

Our core beliefs and mission

At TheWordChurch, our foundation is deeply rooted in Mark 16:15: "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Our mission is to declare to a dying world that Jesus was, Jesus is, and Jesus will always be all that you will ever need! We believe in the transformative power of God's word and are dedicated to sharing its truth and love with everyone. Our ministry is driven by the conviction that the Gospel is a message of hope, salvation, and eternal life, relevant to every individual in every corner of the world.
